Our property maintenance division provides services for our commercial customers as well as vacant properties, HUD Homes, REO, & Bank Owned Homes. These services include: complete lawn care, snow and ice management, window board-ups, winterizing, minor repairs, and of course cleaning! . C3 Services is an elite building service contractor that serves all of the Toledo, Ohio area.
